Software for Corporate Compliance Reporting
Once compliance requirements are set, Cornerstone Compliance tracks status and progress against those requirements, both at the individual level and across the aggregated user population. The system also tracks completion and expiration of certifications, licenses, permits, accreditations, and more. Administrators can always see, at a glance, organizational compliance status (or by division, location, business unit, etc.) and where there may be risk.
Automated, scheduled reminders can be sent to users and managers to inform them of open regulatory compliance requirements, increasing completion ratios for training while minimizing administrative pampering. E-mail reminders can be triggered for any highly specific reason.
Authorized users can access a suite of compliance administration tools which include the ability to:
- View employee certification worksheets
- Mark credits complete
- Grant extensions, as required
Cornerstone's proprietary compliance reporting tools allow a wide range of configurable reports to be run at any time and from any connected computer. Reports can be generated and sorted by division, level, location, user, cost center or any combination thereof.
