David McMillian is the Chief Operating Officer for McMillian & Associates, Inc. He has over 8 years of tax credit, grant and incentive experience in more than 30 states for hundreds of companies, resulting in tens of millions of dollars captured. David is a frequent guest speaker and presenter on the subject of increasing profitability through state and federal tax credits for economic development and industry organizations. Past events include McDonald’s Atlanta Region Conference, Sage Software User Group, 10+ Domestic and International Chambers’ of Commerce, Community Bankers Association, Printing & Imaging Association of Georgia, and several CPA firms. He has worked for the international non-profit organization, First Book, based in Washington, D.C. David is the Chair of First Book-West Georgia, Founder of the Young Executives Alliance, Board Member of the Troup County-Certified Community Literacy Program, Group Leader at Buckhead Church and graduate of the Leadership Troup Class of 2009.
