Dresser & Associates Engineers an Ideal HRMS Solution for GEI Consultants

Clearwater, FL – May 18, 2009 – Dresser & Associates has implemented Sage Abra HRMS for GEI Consultants, an engineering and consulting firm headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts, providing an HR, attendance, employee self-service, and payroll processing solution for the firm’s 400+ employees. In addition to the Sage Abra solution, Dresser & Associates provided an integration tool that seamlessly links Sage Abra with BST Enterprise™, GEI’s project management software.

For years, GEI has successfully run its accounting and project management operations using BST Enterprise from BST Global. The company’s HR tasks, however, lacked the benefits of automation. Rapid growth and a distributed workforce were making the manual system of spreadsheets, used to track the company’s generous benefit packages, unmanageable. GEI begin looking for a full-featured Human Resource Management Solution (HRMS).

BST Global referred GEI to Dresser & Associates, a premier Sage Abra HRMS partner. Dresser & Associates has developed a link between BST Enterprise and Sage Abra HRMS. The link transfers employee time sheet data from BST Enterprise to Sage Abra Attendance and Payroll modules, and returns updated employee information to BST Enterprise. As a result, customers benefit from an integrated, end-to-end project management, accounting, and HRMS solution.
