Now that Sage ERP MAS 200 SQL  4.5 and Sage ERP MAS 500 7.5 are released, having a SQL payroll solution to offer upgrading customers as well as new prospects is more important than ever.  To fill this need, Sage is pleased to announce the release of Sage HRMS 2012, which combines payroll and human resources processing in a comprehensive package.  Sage HRMS 2012, delivered by the Sage Employer Solutions team, is available now. The software provides General Ledger integrations to both Sage ERP MAS 200 SQL and Sage ERP MAS 500.

The promotion is valid effective immediately through March 30, 2012 and is exclusively for Sage ERP MAS 200 SQL and Sage ERP MAS 500 customers or prospects.  Sage will offer the combined HR and Payroll modules of HRMS 2012 for the price of only the Payroll module.  The Payroll module price is based on the number of employees the customer employs.  Gold Maintenance for both the Payroll and HR modules must be included and will be at the normal rates for the employee tier based on the HRMS 2012 price list.

I have Sage ERP MAS 90 or 200 customers who own Sage ERP MAS Payroll and are on a current ERP subscription plan. They want to upgrade to either Sage ERP 200 SQL or Sage ERP MAS 500. Is there any special offer I can provide for them?

Yes. In addition to the promotional offer listed above, Sage will offer a credit for the current list price for the Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 payroll module ($1,230) against the suggested list price for Sage HRMS 2012. In addition, Sage will offer Sage HRMS 2012 Payroll and HR modules for the Payroll only price. More simply put, they will pay the difference between the Sage ERP MAS Payroll module and the Sage HRMS 2012 Payroll module and receive the additional benefits of having an integrated HR system. This offer expires on March 30, 2012.

My existing Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 customer owns Direct Deposit and/or Electronic reporting in addition to Payroll. Will there be credit given for those modules?

No. The only credit will be for the existing Payroll module. Direct Deposit functionality is included in the Sage HRMS 2012 pricing, and Sage HRMS 2012 uses the Sage Federal and State eFiling and Reporting powered by Aatrix that many existing ERP customers are already familiar with.
