Our customers have been granted access to Constangy's labor attorneys to answer questions and provide advice during business hours. The hotline will be dedicated to addressing employment and labor law related questions, as well as helping businesses solve employee related issues regarding benefits, compensation, employment, employee relations, worker's compensation, overtime, hiring, firing, ADA, and other HR and compliance issues.
How do you use the HR & Legal Hotline?
Simply by being a customer of Dresser & Associates, you are eligible to use the hotline. All you need to do is e-mail Nicole Goldstein at and she will send you an introduction letter along with the telephone number and pass code. You may also sign up online to receive the toll free number and your personalized pass code. You can start to use the toll free number anytime you would like, Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM EST.
In addition to the hotline service:
- We will be providing a number of workshops over the next year to assist our customers in remaining compliant with labor laws.
- Constangy will provide access to these same labor attorney's through e-mail or ask questions on our LinkedIn Group, The Alliance for Workforce Management.
- Along with Constangy, Dresser, will be providing our Sage HRMS customers with a legal update newsletter on a quarterly basis.

Legal Compliance Hotline:
The calls will be answered by one of the attorneys at Constangy, Brooks & Smith. If a call is very complicated and it requires legal research this will be done at a reduced rate. If it requires research, the attorney will notify you up front so that unwanted charges are not incurred.
