We offer two support plans as well as specialized consulting services: Renew Sage Software Annual Support through Dresser & Associates and receive Free OnLine Support! Pay your annual Abra maintenance from Sage through Dresser & Associates and Dresser & Associates will forward this payment to Sage. By processing your Sage Abra SupportPlus renewal through Dresser & Associates, you will receive additional telephone and online support at no cost. You receive the same telephone support from Abra Technical Support that you have always received. In addition, you will receive a block of time from Dresser & Associates equal to a percentage of your Abra annual renewal support cost. This provides you with access via telephone, email or Internet to our Customer Support Coordinator and Senior HRMS Consultants as an additional resource that will provide you timely and accurate resolutions for your system issues. Also, we are providing a Free Gold Membership to Dresser's HR411 site when you renew your annual Abra support through Dresser & Associates. Benefits of this membership include access to a full service online HR department. Features of this site include HR audits & compliance wizards, an extensive State and National compliance center, an employee handbook wizard, access to timely news information and resources, and help for the most difficult HR issues. By providing this additional resource, we are better able to keep in touch with our customers' needs or any ongoing problems you may be having.
