Have Dresser & Associates download the selected reports below, burn them to CD and send the CD to you. In addition, Dresser & Associates will provide a copy of the "Report Writing Screen Guide" on this CD. This guide has been created to assist Abra Users in the development of custom reports utilizing Crystal Reports. The guide should be used in conjunction with Data Dictionary reports generated within Sage Abra HRMS. (The guide corresponds to the order of the "detail" screens in Sage Abra HRMS 7.X.)

Payroll Reports

401(k) by Date - no subreports.rpt
401(k) by Date - no subreports is a more streamlined copy of the report that shipped with early versions of 7.x showing hours, earnings, contribution, and employer match for a chosen date period.

Active Deductions.rpt
Active Deductions shows employees and a list of their deductions that currently have a status of active.

Census with PrhPost.rpt
This landscaped version of the census report adds gross wages, hours, and 401k contribution for a date range.

Cross Tab Deductions.rpt
This report uses Crystal's Cross-Tab feature to show a breakdown of every employee's deductions. It shows the total YTD amount for each deduction code and a grand total of all monies deducted both by employee and code.

Deduction History.rpt
Deduction History report uses parameter fields to allow for the selection of specific deduction codes and then shows the total amount withheld for a specified date range.

Earning History.rpt
Earning History report uses parameter fields to allow for the selection of specific earning codes and then shows the total amount and hours for a specified date range.

Earning Code Totals by Division and Department
This report is a workaround to control number 3459, in version 7.1X. Sorts the same as the 6.3X the Employee Earnings report and sorting by Division and Department.

Earns Deds Taxes.rpt
The Earns Deds Taxes report uses parameter fields to specify 2 earnings, 2 deductions, and 2 taxes to summarize for a date range.

Employee Charge Date
Trial payroll earnings report that can factor in overtime or double overtime for gross amounts. Shows detail of deductions panel, payroll history panel and includes current amounts

Employee's Total Hours by Selected Earning Codes.rpt
Employee's Total Hours by Selected Earning Codes shows each check date and the amount of hours for whichever earning code is selected and for whichever date range is desired. The individual entries are then totaled.

Employee Tax Code Check
Report will display "X" if an employee has a record for the indicated tax code in PRTAXES or "Missing" if there is not a record.

Employer Liability Adjustment Analysis
Lists adjustment records in PRTAXLB.

History of Earnings, Deductions, Taxes
PRHPOST report pulling either all earnings, or deductions or taxes by a date range and includes totals

Leave Liability.rpt
A Crystal recreation of the standard time and labor report 'Leave Liability'. Uses a parameter field drop down list to choose between 'Personal', 'Illness', or 'Vacation'

Overtime Hours by Supervisor.rpt
Overtime Hours by Supervisor summarizes the current hours as well as the current, MTD, QTD, and YTD amounts for a specific earning code.

Pay Group Verification Report.rpt
Pay group Verification Report is used to verify the pay group field is set up correctly between the Employee Personnel and the Taxes, Deductions and Earnings databases

Stuck Entries for Post, Check, Detail
Verifies whether entries are stuck in Post, Check, or Detail after optimizing

Tax history Report.rpt
Tax history Report uses parameter fields to allow for the selection of specific tax codes and then shows the wages and withholding for a specified date range.

W-2 Annual Report.rpt
W-2 Annual Report shows YTD numbers for the current year and should therefore be run prior to trial quarter close of the forth quarter.

W-2 Annual Review
W-2 preview prior to year end with an earnings and deductions summary

Workers' Compensation Cost - Straight Wages.rpt
Workers' Compensation Cost - Straight Wages uses HR and PR rules at the enterprise level, selecting earnings that have hourly earnings with an earnings type of base pay and earnings category of pay for worked performed.

Employee Quarter End Audit
Breaks down each employees W-4 panel details in order to help troubleshoot quarter end reports and W-2 issues

Tax Liability Deposit
Summarizes whether or not taxes have or have not been recoded and deposited

ACH Deposit Review
Shows detailed information for each employees deposits during the 2003 year

System Tax Table list by description
Parameter fields query for a range of tax codes. Sorts the System Tax tables by description so that the code can be easily found.

Yearly W-2 report
Information as reported on the W-2 for each employee by a selected year

Year End Adjustment notes
Shows any adjustments made to the W-2, 941 forms with the notes entered for each edit.

Payroll Balancing
Uses post, check, detail to summarize trial payroll. Can also be used to check for stuck entries. Includes arrears amounts

Cross Tab Earnings, Deductions, Taxes
Uses a parameter field to pull either earnings, taxes, or deductions for each employee during a date range

Quarterly tax breakdown
Pre-Trail Quarter Close - Employee Taxes vs. what the employer has paid from the liabilities.

Deductions linked to HR benefits
Report shows if the deduction code is linked to an HR benefit code and if the code has an employer match component.

Printable copy of employees check
Employees may need copy of their check. This report will show a duplicate of the actual check/advice

Average Hourly Rate.rpt
The Average Hourly Rate report groups employee information by P_LEVEL1 and shows total hourly rate and average hourly rate for the level, company and enterprise.

Birthday List (year omitted).rpt
Birthday List (year omitted) groups employees by their month of birth and lists their birth date without displaying the year.

Turnover statistics is a listing of employees terminated within a date range and includes several pieces of useful information.

Provides overall view of employee's health profile

Dependant Birthday list
List dependants birthdays by each month

Employees without a specific benefit
This report will list all employees who do not have the specified benefit on their Detail records.

Emergency contact by supervisor
Employee's Emergency Contact broken down by their supervisor

EEO Job Group Headcount

List employees grouped by EEO Job Group and EEO Job Class. Shows totals and percentages by sex and race
