Joan is a graduate of Ithaca College with a degree in Communications. After working in the customer relations and hospitality industry for several years, she joined Dresser & Associates in late October of 2006. As marketing assistant, Joan has taken on many projects and roles, including revamping the Dresser website, writing Press Releases, implementing marketing campaigns, designing ads and promotional materials, CRM administration and blogging. She is also the event planner for the company, and organizes several meetings, trainings and conferences each year.
