Edwin (Ed) Reiter is the VP of Customer Experience for CAASPRE Consulting. He has been working in customer service as well as compiling customer service data since the early nineties. Ed graduated cum laude in 1995 from Tampa College in Clearwater, FL with a Bachelors Degree in Computer and Information Science. Since graduating Ed has worked in customer support areas for such companies as Abra Software, IDEAL Software, Home Depot, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Staples and AutoZone. Ed’s wide variety of experience gives him a unique perspective on customer relationships and customer loyalty. Ed uses this knowledge to author white papers on the subject.
