Free Sage Abra Custom Reports

We have developed an Sage Abra Report Library containing custom reports and are making them available to Sage Abra Users to help make the most of your Sage Abra software system.

Volume 1 is our first offering of free Sage Abra custom reports. We intend to list new reports each month and make them available at no cost to Sage Abra Users.

Simply check the box for which volume of reports you want and complete the registration box. We will then e-mail you the requested reports along with instructions on how to import them into your Sage Abra system.

Sage Abra Custom Reports - Volume 1

Employee Information Sheet
This report prints out a copy of employee personal information, with areas to correct or update each section. The data contained in the report includes the employee's name, address, home phone number, emergency contacts, dependants, and more.

Confirmation of Flexible Benefits Elections
This report creates a handout for each employee showing which benefits he/she has selected, and his/her contribution to each one. The summary section shows the total cost and the pretax salary decrease amount.

Turnover Statistics
This report, as the name implies, gives you information on turnover within a specified date range. Included in the report is the following data: the type of termination, the date, employee's name, job title, service length, and more. The summary portion breaks down the total number of terminations and the percentage of terminations by type, among other things.

Home Phone Number List
This is a fairly simple, but useful report. It lists all employees' name and address along with their home phone number (something not offered in Sage Abra's selection of canned reports). It can easily be manipulated to come out in alphabetical order, by active employee's only, etc.

Sage Abra Custom Reports - Volume 2

Budget Data Report
This report gives a list by supervisor of employee seniority date, upcoming review dates, and rate of pay.

Deductions Report
This report will allow you to run deduction reports for any period of time.

Monthly Turnover Analysis Report
This report will give turnover statistics for the previous calendar month.

Sage Abra Custom Reports - Volume 3

Budget Data Report
Shows all review dates and hourly rates divided up by supervisor.

Personal Time
This report shows, by employee, all of their leave plans including carryover, accrued, taken and available as of a specific date.

Personnel Preview
Shows all basic information about each active employee. Includes name, status, job title, hire date, review date, hourly pay rate and many more.
