Employee Information Sheet
This report prints out a copy of employee personal information, with areas to correct or update each section. The data contained in the report includes the employee's name, address, home phone number, emergency contacts, dependants, and more.
Confirmation of Flexible Benefits Elections
This report creates a handout for each employee showing which benefits he/she has selected, and his/her contribution to each one. The summary section shows the total cost and the pretax salary decrease amount.
Turnover Statistics
This report, as the name implies, gives you information on turnover within a specified date range. Included in the report is the following data: the type of termination, the date, employee's name, job title, service length, and more. The summary portion breaks down the total number of terminations and the percentage of terminations by type, among other things.
Home Phone Number List
This is a fairly simple, but useful report. It lists all employees' name and address along with their home phone number (something not offered in Sage Abra's selection of canned reports). It can easily be manipulated to come out in alphabetical order, by active employee's only, etc.
